Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 limes
- a small bunch of fresh corriander
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 or 3 fresh chilies
- a medium onion
- a large firm tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half and spoon out the flesh into a bowl.
- Finely chop the coriander,chillies, garlic,onion and tomato.
- Grind the corriander chilies garlic and salt in a pestle and mortar.
- Mash the avocado flesh with a potato masher.
- Add the ground ingredients to the avocado and mix in the lime juice.
to attain a dropping consistency.
- Fold in the finely chopped onion and tomato.
- Serve.
